As one of Darwin's most experienced Sports Physiotherapists, Josh is highly respected in the Darwin community, having built strong relationships with a range of healthcare professionals, sporting organisations, coaches and local businesses.

Graduate in 2006 and completed Masters of Sports Physiotherapy in 2012.

Former Physio for North Melbourne Football Club.

Former Head Physio for NT Football Club (Thunder) in NEAFL.

Special interests in diagnosis and treatment of shoulders, knees and backs.

Joshua Tidswell

After completing high school in Darwin, Lauren moved to Brisbane where she graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland in 2015. Since then she has gained valuable experience across a number of fields including musculoskeletal and acute inpatient and orthopaedic rehabilitation.

Lauren has recently returned to Darwin after spending the past 2 years in London where she worked in some of the UK's largest hospitals. Lauren has played competitive basketball for many years and is still largely involved in the Darwin basketball community. She enjoys treating all musculoskeletal injuries and has an interest in Pilates.

Lauren Barnes

Laura grew up in Darwin before heading to Griffith University to study degrees in Exercise Science and Physiotherapy.

Laura has since gone on to complete further studies in Women's Health, now being able to provide this much needed service to Darwin women.

She is a DMA Clinical Pilates Instructor with experience in Clinical Pilates, hydrotherapy and post operative rehabilitation. Laura has also worked with numerous sporting teams including Southport Sharks (QAFL), Gold Coast Blaze (NBL) and Eltham Football Club (NFLV). She has a deep skill set of manual therapies and interests in gymnastics, dancers and posture related pathologies.

Laura Boucher

Hanette is an experienced physiotherapist with many years of private practice, treating a wide range of sporting and musculoskeletal injuries. Having completed a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, she furthered her skills with a Masters of Sport Physiotherapy at the University of Cape Town (South Africa).

Hanette has a special interest in the diagnosis and management of running and cycling injuries as well as assisting athletes to maximise their sporting performance. She also has a keen interest in the management of headaches and exploring the role and importance of correct postural biomechanics.

In her spare time, Hanette enjoys spending time outdoors with her young family; camping, hiking, running and cycling.

Hanette Lemke

Nicholas is born and raised in Darwin where he completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Charles Darwin University (CDU) before moving to Sydney to further his education to study a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney.

Nicholas has been an active member of Darwin's soccer community from a young age as a player, coach and mentor.

He has special interests in lower limb related injuries and post-operative rehabilitation.

Nicholas Kontzionis

Brigid completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia in 2016. An active member of the local netball community, she also recently turned her interest to the South Australian Women's Football League (SAWFL) where she was the head Physio for the Glenelg Football Club's Women's team.

Brigid is a qualified Polestar Clinical Pilates instructor and has enjoyed deepening her knowledge of injury prevention and rehabilitation through Pilates training. 

Brigid hopes to continue her involvement in gym and team sports in Darwin, as well as find some time to practice Pilates herself and explore the Top End. 

Brigid Whiting

Lee completed her Physiotherapy degree at the University of South Australia before going on to study a Masters of Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy at Griffith University. 

She is a qualified Polestar Pilates Instructor and level 1 ASACA Strength and Conditioning Coach. 

Lee currently splits her time between the Australian Defence Force and Elite Physiotherapy, and with many years clinical experience as well as sport coverage, she is a valuable inclusion to the Elite team.

Carmen is a Massage Therapist with a wealth of experience, treating everyone from the elite athlete to the office worker and all those in between. 

Carmen Luque

Tayvian is an experienced trainer and , massage therapist from the UK, with an interest in all things ‘sport’. Having competed as an athlete at national level, he became fascinated by the human body, how it worked and the management of injuries. From elite athletes to government workers, he thrives on getting people back to their physical best through building strength, increasing mobility and empowering clients to explore their own health and fitness.
