JOSHUA TIDSWELL
Director / APA Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist
As one of Darwin's most experienced Sports & Exercises Physiotherapists, Josh is highly respected in the Darwin community, having built strong relationships with a range of healthcare professionals, sporting organisations, coaches and local businesses. Josh graduated in 2006 before going on to complete his Masters of Sports Physiotherapy in 2012. He has held roles in professional sport, including as physiotherapist for North Melbourne Football Club (Kangaroos) in the AFL. After returning to Darwin, Josh was appointed Head Physio for NT Football Club (Thunder) in NEAFL. He has special interest/expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of shoulders, knees and backs.
On the weekends you’re certain to see Josh at one of the many sporting complexes around Darwin supporting and/or coaching one of his 4 children, or maybe on the golf course!

LAURA BOUCHER
Senior Physiotherapist
Laura grew up in Darwin before heading to Griffith University to study degrees in Exercise Science and Physiotherapy.
She has since gone on to complete further studies in Women's Health, now being able to provide this much needed service to Darwin women.
She is a DMA Clinical Pilates Instructor with experience in Clinical Pilates, hydrotherapy and post operative rehabilitation. Laura has also worked with numerous sporting teams including Southport Sharks (QAFL), Gold Coast Blaze (NBL) and Eltham Football Club (NFLV). She has a deep skill set of manual therapies and interests in gymnastics, dancers and posture related pathologies.

NICHOLAS KONTZIONIS
Senior Physiotherapist
Nicholas is a dedicated physiotherapist currently undertaking a Masters in Sports & Exercise Physiotherapy as he looks to build upon his degrees in Exercise & Sports Science and Physiotherapy. Nicholas has experience working with athletes of all levels and age groups including Port Adelaide and Richmond FC AFL & AFLW, Newcastle Jets and Brisbane Roar A-League teams, premiership winning NTFL and FFNT teams, and is currently working as lead physiotherapist of the AFLNT Academy.
Nicholas has a strong interest in all sporting injuries, including concussion, and post-operative rehabilitation. Additionally, he is also experienced in the management of vertigo, dizziness and headaches. His personal experience as a soccer player and runner gives him a particular understanding and passion for lower limb injuries, including those affecting the hips, knees and ankles. As an ASCA accredited Strength and Conditioning coach Nicholas is committed to helping you achieve your goals, optimise your physical capacity, and prevent future injuries.

HANETTE LEMKE
Senior Physiotherapist
Hanette is an experienced physiotherapist with many years of private practice, treating a wide range of sporting and musculoskeletal injuries. After completing a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, she furthered her skills with a Masters of Sport Physiotherapy at the University of Cape Town (South Africa).
Hanette has a special interest in the diagnosis and management of running and cycling injuries as well as assisting athletes to maximise their sporting performance. She also has a keen interest in the management of headaches and exploring the role and importance of correct postural biomechanics.
Hanette enjoys spending time outdoors with her young family; camping, hiking, running and cycling.

NICHOLAS FLOOD
Senior Physiotherapist
After graduating from the University of South Australia in 2013, Nick worked in private practice in Adelaide treating athletes from the SAAFL, SANFL, SA Premier League and the South Australian Institute of Sport.
He has also spent numerous Australian summers working in the Japanese ski fields of Niseko and Nozawa-Onsen.
Nick is currently studying his Masters in Sports Physiotherapy through the University of Queensland.
He has a particular interest in acute sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation.
When not working Nick enjoys reading, hiking and playing beach volleyball.
