Athlete Development
(12-18 years)
Our Athlete Development classes are physiotherapist-led strength and conditioning sessions designed for young athletes aged 12–18. With an emphasis on developing the fundamentals of movement, strength, speed, power, coordination and athletic performance, these sessions help young athletes build a strong foundation for sport and reduce the risk of injury.
Led by physiotherapists with ASCA accreditation, our structured programs focus on developing good movement habits, improving physical capacity and building confidence in the gym and on the sporting field.
Run in line with school terms, our programs cater for everyone – whether you're a developing athlete chasing specific sporting goals, or simply want to get stronger, move better and build confidence in your physical abilities.
